What is the MPC Pilot Program?

The HONE Mental Performance Check-in (MPC) Pilot is a 3-month guided experience designed to help athletes strengthen their mental resilience - while giving parents the insight and connection they've been craving.

With weekly digital check-ins, real-time insights, and the support of certified mental wellness experts, your athlete will be better equipped to perform - in sport and in life.
